ZillHa (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at zillha.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit or interact with our site.

We take your privacy seriously. Read this carefully — it is shorter than most tomes.

ZillHa does not currently require account registration to play. We may collect the following automatically when you visit:

• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring website (how you found us)
• Session data used to track your progress within a single playthrough

We do not currently collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Payment information
• Persistent profile data between sessions

ZillHa uses minimal cookies to maintain your session state during gameplay and remember basic preferences if any are set.

• WordPress — site platform
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security
• Anthropic API — AI narration. Processes only your current session node context, not personal data.

We use collected data only to operate and improve the ZillHa platform, understand how players engage with worlds, and diagnose technical issues.

ZillHa is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

When ZillHa introduces user accounts, this policy will be updated before launch. At that time the following will apply:

• You will be able to create an account with an email and password
• Your playthrough history and profile data will be stored
• You will have the right to access, correct, or delete your data
• You will be notified of policy changes before accounts go live

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws including:
